Mental Health Awareness Week – Slay Your Schedule
This week, we celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week with a series of webinars designed to help our school community prioritise their mental health.
The Wellbeing Team (Student Support Services Team) has developed these presentations to provide practical mental health and wellbeing tips, strategies and information.
‘Slay Your Schedule’ is designed to help you find a way to structure your days and offers strategies to assist in scheduling time, or finding work/life balance.
Self-care is just as important as the other things we dedicate time to, such as studying, or working. Having a consistent routine encourages young people to make time for breaks, and making the most of these, with suggestions and examples given of meditation and mindfulness activities.
