Mental Health Awareness Week – So, You Think You’re Stressed
This week, we celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week with a series of webinars designed to help our school community prioritise their mental health.
The Wellbeing Team (Student Support Services Team) has developed these presentations to provide practical mental health and wellbeing tips, strategies and information.
‘So, You Think You’re Stressed’ – the title says it all. Stress is with us daily, but we need to understand stress. We need to be able to recognise and deal with stress. This webinar provides you with an understanding of stress and its impacts, and gives you a framework to develop your own coping strategies.
